Loan Process

Step 1:

After discussing with our loan officer and decided to go ahead for the loan application. Our loan officer can "Lock-in" your rate instantly by telephone at the time of your application, or any other business day thereafter if it is not the best time for rate lock. Soon we will email you an application package with the detailed programs, Good Faith Estimate and relevant disclosures.

Step 2:

After receiving the application package from us you need to review it and sign the application documents. You can either fax the package or mail to us whenever is convenient to yo

Step 3:

After receiving the signed package from you we will send it to the lender for the final approval. At the same time a house appraisal will be evaluated by an appraiser. During the course of approval lender may request some additional documents. After all conditions are cleared then it is ready for the closing.

Step 4:

The closing attorney will contact you for the date and place of the closing.
